Seriously happened to me one time! Customer called and needed a jumpstart in the middle of the night. Apparently this lady had this other guy change out a battery. Since it was dark I could not see. Took me probably 15 minutes to figure out why the car wasn't getting power. Between not having good light and where the battery was located just made it hard to stand out. Let's just say I took the connector and cap off. Put the cable on properly and car started right up! Lol!

I was blessed with a new service vehicle yesterday. The one I’ve had for the last year has served me well. Put over 30,000 miles on it. Been all over mid Michigan serving stranded motorists from all over the country. Been in 3 accidents none of them my fault. I got my $1500 back several times over. It was looking pretty ragged. This couldn’t have came at a better time. At half the price of blue book. My payment is less than the insurance.

Started in 2015 as your basic roadside service company. Began doing lockout, jumpstart, flat tire, and fuel delivery services. End of 2015 signed my first contract. In 2016 signed a couple more. Signed several more in 2017. What started out as a side job with a few calls here and there has become a full-time job servicing over 100 calls a month. In 2018 I started selling tires and batteries. A jumpstart now offers free battery test with battery on seen in the event the battery needs replacement. Emergency tire replacement is also available in some circumstances. Looking to carry more tires in the future so I may have a tire available in any circumstances. Currently do services on light and medium duty vehicles. Some services available on heavy duty. Never considered it when I began this but I hope to be doing towing in the very near future.
