This Jeep came into the shop with a severe overheating issue. After diagnosing the problem, we found that the head gasket had failed, allowing the oil and coolant to mix together.

Unfortunately, the engine experienced extreme overheating, causing damage that even melted some engine components.

When oil and coolant mix, it's critical to do more than just replace the engine. Before installing the new JASPER® remanufactured engine, our team performs a complete system flush and extensive cleaning to remove all contamination.
