"The interior driver-side door handle/lock button broke on My 2002 Honda Civic EX. Manager Joe had it checked out while I waited. He got on the phone and quickly found an OEM replacement. I took the car back a few days later. The new part was replaced while I waited. The price was reasonable and the job well done.
