Every great car wash has a story. Landshark Car Wash in Flower Mound, Texas has one worth seeing firsthand.

Before the site ever opened, the project faced substantial community opposition from a nearby 55+ neighborhood. The LandShark team navigated city questions, public concerns, sound studies, and a steady series of additional requirements—often clearing one hurdle only to be handed the next.

They stayed engaged, did the work, and earned approval. Today, Landshark Car Wash is serving the Flower Mound community, and many of the residents who initially opposed the project are now paying members of the wash.
