He was personable during the transport of my vehicle and went above and beyond to log my car into the after hours drop off which allowed me to go home after a hot and stressful day at work. “I had a flat tire at my residence and within 15 minutes, a tow truck had arrived. The driver (I’m sorry I didn’t get his name) was courteous and helpful. He offered to find me a tire shop, and put air in my flat (my request) to get me there. My tires were pretty worn and I ended up getting all new tires. I was extremely happy with the service I received.” -Adriane

“I received a call from my wife and said the van won’t start and it’s 112 degrees out here and had my 8 month pregnant daughter-in-law and our 1 1/2 year old grandson so I started to get worried. My wife was 115 miles away so I couldn’t get to them to help in time and my insurance got ahold of Capitol City Towing and got the family out of the heat and were able to get home safe were very grateful to all.”
