🛑 STOP! Before you check your coolant level, remember the #1 Rule of Radiators: NEVER open the cap while the engine is hot. Opening that cap on a hot engine is like opening a shaken-up soda bottle, but with 220-degree liquid.

The best way to go about it is to check the "overflow" plastic reservoir (the see-through tank) while the engine is cool. If it’s below the "Full" line, give us a call. We’ll top you off and check for the "why" behind the low level!

The truth is, your A/C is a sealed system. If it needs more refrigerant, it means there is a leak somewhere. Adding a "quick fix" can often introduce air or moisture into the system, which can eventually ruin your parts. "Had to bring my wifes 2016 Nissan Murano here because of a transfer case leak that was out of control. Usually I do all of the maintenance on it myself and haven't had to take any of our cars to a automotive repair shop in many years but some things are just out of your own control and you have to let the pros step in. Their service adviser Christopher was very professional and helpful. Ran into one issue but they did fix it right away. What's good about this place is that they do a full check on your car and let you know what needs to be replaced by priority and provide pictures to show you so you know they are being honest. If I have any other major issues with any of our Nissans that I can't repair myself I will be bringing them here. Thank you guys and appreciate your great work."
