It has been a while since we have posted anything. We have been quite busy. I know most people know of us for rust repair. We don't just do rust repair we also do mechanic work and basically everything from maintenance/auto repair, paint correction, body and paint, collission damage, welding, fabricating. We also service, and repair dirt bikes,atvs,utvs,snowmobiles and motorcycles. I have been doing repair work since I was 13 years old rebuilding dirtbikes,atvs and sleds and got into cars at the age of 16 when I built my first 1989 fox body mustang. Our labor rate is at $90.00hr. The latest jobs we have finished up are a 2013 subaru outback we did a engine swap because the old engine developed a bad rod knock so we replaced it with a low milage engine that took a lot of parts to be swapped because it came out of a newer legacy. We did a bunch of work to a 2012 ford f-150 that we replaced all 4 upper and lower control arms,all 4 ball joints,camber bolts sway bar end links brake pads and rotors all the way around, clock spring inside the colmn to clear air bag fault and wrapped it up with a inspection sticker. 1999 jeep wrangler we rebuilt the whole rear dana 35 with new ring and pinion,all new bearings,yoke, fixed the right upper a arm mount that was ripped out of the frame and the left panhard lower a arm mount that was ripped off the diff was all welded back in place and diff centered. 200i saab 9- 3 rot repair to both lower front fenders, both rear quarter panels and back of the rockets that is in progress. 2020 kawasaki ix450f top end rebuild,new plastic kit and spltfire graphics kit laid flawless. At Twisted steel automotive we just finished up the 2012 ford f-150. This truck was definitely in the top 10 of the worst vehicles we have had to repair. The whole bed floor, and rails were completely with huge holes in the floor. Both cab corners and rockers were poorly done and stabbed in place with the wrong year of panels. The inner rockers were tin screwed in place with screws. They also painted the whole truck in there own blend of pearl making almost impossible to match. The rear bumper had 2in of body filler and tin tape holding them together and painted over the parking sensors. The exhaust was broken off at the tail pipe and hanging. It has air bags/ helper bags that were disconnected and hanging in place wrangling around. The frame had multiple holes in it that need to be cut out replaced with new metal. We ended up finding a rust free southern bed that was one of the nicest beds we have ever found that wasn't rusty or was beaten up and needing a ton of bodywork. New cab corners,inner rockers,fixed the outer rockers,new bumper ends,fixed the frame and painted everything to match the best that we could. It came out looking nice. When one project comes to an end another starts. This one is going to be a serious challange to fix. A 2004 hummer h2 that was rolled. It basically compressed the roof buckling all 4 doirs,rear quarts and I am sure more hidden damage. The mustang is done and dam she looks good. It's heading home later today and onto finishing the white f-150 and get going on the hummer. I personally want to cut the back off the hummer and do a one off custom build turning into a sut if the customer approves it. The factory sut version is ugly with all the thick plastic around the back window and quarter caps. I want to do it all out of metal and painted body color. Well all day of wet sanding abd prep we managed to get the yellow basecoat sprayed. Onto laying out the muscle stripes spray the black and clear tomorrow. It's been a long day. I hate yellow!!! But it layed flawless so I'm tiired but happy.i will take some pics as it progress continues until its done tomorrow and then on to the 2010 f-150 that I need done by the weekend. Long nights ahead of me. It sucks that there are real scum bags in this world. Those type of people don't care that your kids won't have a Christmas. It's really sad that's the world we live in. We are a small family business and I did everything the right way. Anyway happy holidays and a happy new year.

I know we show a ton of rust repair jobs but we don't just do rust repair and body work. We do mechanic work on anything with an engine with over 20 years of experience as a mechanic and 10 plus doing welding,fabricating and body work. We have done everything from engine swaps to one off custom builds. I don't promote custom builds that much because demand in vt isn't there. As most of you know I am a Ford guy and bought my first fox body mustang at 16 a 1982 maroon notchback I am looking for to this day. I want to find that car if it's still repairable. I have built 2 fox body mustangs from the ground up. My 89 I built a stout 347 stroker with some of the trickest parts available at that time. I also built a lifted ford f250 that we did a full raptor conversion on,8in lift with 40in tires and a custom paint job. I also built a bad custom burnt orange 98 jeep wrangler. I would like to more of the engine builds and general repair work. We also added powersports repair as well. I can rebuild any make or model 2 or 4 stroke dirtbike or ATV. I just finished my son's 2016 kx250f that was totalled in a head on collision. New case half, crank bearings, shift shaft and paw,flywheel,stator,stator cover and a new frame. Bike rips and like it never happened. We just finished a top end rebuild on a 2015 yz250f and are working on a 2020 kx450f at the moment. I have riden since i was 5 and building dirtbikes,quads,sleds,go karts since i was 12. I just restored a 1998 yz250 with my son a few months ago, rebuilt my other son's wrecked kx250f. I was a mechanic way before i got into rust repair,fabricating and body work. Soon i will be building myself another car. You guessed it a fox body mustang but this time i want a quad headlight notchback to do a custom wide body, revamp the whole interior and sone crazy engine other then a push rod v8,coyote or ls swap you see a million times. Ford has releasted a few new engines maybe a 6.2 supercharged hemi from a hellcat who knows but it will be over 700hp loud abnoxious in your face death machine.
