Are you planning on hauling your boat for a bottom repaint ? ....... be sure to have your hull cleaned of all marine growth before the haul. If a marina pressure washes your boat, there is a minimum charge of $600 because once they have sprayed off the marine growth, they are not allowed to return those barnacles and oysters back into the water, even though they came from there originally. They are considered contaminated once the boat has been hauled, so the marina has to pay for costly environmentally safe disposal. Our in-water hull scrubs are considerably cheaper, at $2.25 per ft for power boats, and $2 per ft for sail boats (or an hourly charge of $90 per hour for heavily fouled hulls).
