RE: Guest Safey Notice – No Fireworks Policy

Dear Guests and Residents,

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, River Vista maintains a strict no-fireworks policy at all RV parks and resorts. The use, possession, or discharge of fireworks of any kind is prohibited anywhere on property, including:
• RV sites
• Cabins or accommodations
• Roads and parking areas
• Beaches, recreational spaces, and common areas
• Marina or waterfront areas (if applicable)

This includes all fireworks, regardless of size or legality, including sparklers, firecrackers, bottle rockets, aerial fireworks, and novelty devices.

Our RV parks and resorts are shared environments where fireworks can quickly create dangerous conditions, including:
• Fire risk to RVs, vehicles, structures, and surrounding vegetation
• Disturbance to fellow guests seeking a peaceful stay
• Stress and harm to pets and wildlife
• Risk of personal injury
• Potential evacuation or emergency response situations

Guests are responsible for ensuring that family members and visitors follow this policy at all times.
Any violation of this policy may result in immediate action, including removal from the property without refund, citation where applicable, or other enforcement measures consistent with park rules.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide a safe, relaxing, and respectful environment for all guests and residents.

A heartfelt THANK YOU to our entire River Vista family for your incredible support of the Ronald McDonald fundraising effort.

Several of us had the opportunity to tour the house and spend time with their amazing volunteers—it truly touched our hearts and reminded us what this mission is all about.

Because of your generosity, the residents of River Vista donated 50 gallons of pop tabs, much-needed supplies, and an incredible $3,500 to support families in need.
