Another badass ride we had on the dyno this weekend. 02 Camaro 5.3 with s480 using Haltech rebel for LS. Fought a map sensor issue for a bit but once that was squared away we were able to get a good base map in a make a couple of tugs. Looking to get this back on the dyno this week, turn the co2 on and see what this bad boy can make.

Customer was told it would be over $2000 for a tune and an all day event. We took care of the customer for 1/3 of the price and had it done in 4 hours. Engine and transmission tune complete.

Touch up tune on Ryan R’s 2500 gmc. He added a new intake manifold and nick williams 103 throttle body to the mix.

Truck moves out for the boost and on 93 Oct.
Part installed over at Toolman Automotive & Performance.

One pretty badass home built s10 on the rollers yesterday.

5.3, th400, 7875 vs racing turbo, Bosch 210’s with air to water intercooler & e85. Unfortunately we were having a fuel pressure issues before we could turn things up.

8.5 psi netted us 607 rwhp / 588 rwtq

Should make some solid power once we get to turn it up.

JLT cold air, BTR 225 cam, atomic MSD intake manifold, long tube headers, exhaust and flex fuel.

93 made - 488 rwhp / 432 rwtq
E50 made - 517rwhp / 457rwtq

19 Mustang GT on the rollers for a 93octane tune.

Mods include - JLT cold air, long tube headers and full exhaust.

Car came in at - 391 rwhp / 388 rwtq
Car left making - 424 rwhp 385 rwtq

Solid gains for playing with cam angles, timing and fuel.

LS1 t56 GTO on the roller this evening. Had everything working against it but still made decent power for what we had.

Shorty headers with cats still, stockish exhaust, btr cam & cold air intake tuned in Speed Density.

93oct made - 325 rwhp/ 312 rwtq

98 civic, built d series, gt3076r with .63ar housing. Flex fuel tuning.

We kept boost just above gate pressure for pump gas and then turned it up on ethanol.

13 psi pull on 93oct made - 208 fwhp/ 156 fwtq
16.5 psi on 93 Oct made - 226 fwhp / 175 fwtq
27psi on e55 made - 340 fwhp / 261 fwtq

We ran out of exhaust housing. Needs an upgrade should carry out the back much better.
