A Note From the Owner

This morning I stopped at the parts store, and another customer recognized me. He asked, “Don’t you own the repair shop just south of town?”

When I said yes, he smiled and said, “You guys really do an amazing job and have always taken good care of me.”

I don’t think he realized how much that meant to hear.

As the owner of East Central Auto Repair, I spend a lot of time thinking about the vehicles that were challenging, the repairs that didn’t go as planned, and the situations where I wish we could have done even more. Those are the things that stick with you.

So hearing something as simple as, “You guys have taken good care of me,” was a reminder of why we come to work every day.

We’ve only been part of this community as a repair shop for a little over two years, and we’re incredibly thankful for every customer who has trusted us with their vehicle.
