It's MONDAY! And we're now back to our regularly scheduled programming: high-quality collision repairs and taking care of our mountain community.

There’s a particular pride in delivering a vehicle to a customer who has chosen our company before. We never hope for a repeat visit after an accident, but when someone trusts us with their vehicle again, we know that trust was earned through their first experience with our team 🥹🫶

Over the years, we’ve come to know many of our customers beyond the vehicles they drive. That’s part of serving a close-knit community, and it’s why we take every repair — and every return visit — seriously.

For 40 years, we’ve worked hard to earn that confidence serving from our Running Springs location. With our second location now open in Big Bear, we’re making the same service and commitment to quality more accessible to the neighbors we’re proud to serve in the Big Bear Valley 🐻

At the heart of everything we do is the opportunity to serve people well — and, whenever we can, leave something better than we found it.

Most days, that happens in the smaller moments: doing the right thing when no one is watching, following through, refusing to compromise on quality, and genuinely appreciating every person who trusts us with their vehicle.

But recently, we had the opportunity to serve in a much bigger — and much more personal — way through our first-ever NABC Recycled Rides® vehicle giveaway. 🙏🏻❤️

Our very deserving recipient, Mr. Ray Ardiles, and his wife, Sandy, were gifted a 2025 Subaru Forester, specifically selected and restored by our team to provide them with a reliable, economical, and capable vehicle for life here in the mountains.

And as special as the presentation itself was, one of the most meaningful moments came afterward — delivering the vehicle to their home and driving away knowing the keys were finally in their hands.

A new chapter. More freedom. More opportunity. And hopefully, one less thing to worry about.

At Showtime, we may repair vehicles — but we have always believed our responsibility goes far beyond the repair itself. We want every interaction, every repair, and every opportunity to serve to leave a positive impact on the people who place their trust in us.

Being able to give back in a way this meaningful will forever hold a special place in our hearts — and we couldn’t be more grateful that our first Recycled Rides experience allowed us to bless such a deserving family ❤️

U.S. Army Veteran Received a Refurbished Thanks to AAA The Auto Club Group of Southern California and Showtime Collision, as Showtime celebrates the opening of a new collision repair location in Big Bear Lake CA. Raymond Ardiles enlisted in the U.S. Army at 18 and served four years in the Infantry. Having this reliable vehicle from the NABC Recycled Rides Program will help Ardiles to find gainful employment and enjoy his independence.

We’re here to make your collision repair experience more convenient — beginning with local estimate appointments so you don’t have to travel to our Running Springs HQ just to get started 💯

If you joined us for our Grand Opening this weekend, you may have noticed something pretty important missing from the new shop…

EQUIPMENT ‼️😂

That’s because we are officially entering PHASE I of our Big Bear location.

During Phase I, we are OPEN and serving customers from Big Bear, while collision repairs will continue to be completed at our fully equipped, state-of-the-art headquarters in Running Springs.

Why? Because we refuse to sacrifice repair quality for speed.

We’re not going to rush equipment, staffing, processes, or production just to get there faster. We believe growth should never come at the expense of repair quality, and every phase of this location will be built to meet the same SHOWTIME STANDARD our customers have trusted for 40 years. 🙌🏼

Our goal is to create a more seamless, one-stop experience for our mountain customers — including estimates, vehicle drop-offs and pickups, rental coordination, and more directly through our Big Bear location.

But getting there takes coordination, logistics, scheduling, and a little ramp-up room.

Depending on your individual repair and needs, there may still be portions of your experience that take place at our Running Springs HQ during Phase I.

We appreciate your patience as we carefully build out each phase and create the seamless Big Bear experience we have planned 🙏🏼

We didn’t open this location to offer less. We opened it to IMPROVE your experience — making the quality, service, and repairs Showtime is known for more accessible to the Big Bear Valley without compromising the repair process.

Yesterday still feels like a dream ✨

We came together with so many incredible people to celebrate a milestone years in the making — opening our new location, officially becoming part of the Big Bear community, and giving back in ways that brought so much meaning and purpose to everyone involved 🙏🏻🥹

It was more than we could have imagined. Watching life breathe into a dream we have carried for years is something we will never forget.

Today, we officially opened the doors to our second Showtime Collision location — and you came out to celebrate this moment with us.

To every person who took time out of their day to be there, meet our team, and welcome us into this community… THANK YOU.

To every contractor, vendor, local business, partner, and individual who helped turn our vision for this new location into reality… THANK YOU.

To the NABC , AAA of Southern California, Enterprise, American Legion Post 584, and every sponsor who helped make our first-ever Recycled Rides vehicle giveaway possible for a deserving veteran who has spent his life serving others… THANK YOU.

To our founders, Mark and Lisa Nava Makeig , and Armando and Martha Nava, who built this company brick by brick — without guarantees, without a safety net, and without knowing where those risks would lead 40 years later… THANK YOU.
