The women behind the experience 💯🔥

From the moment you walk through our doors to the moment we hand your keys back, these ladies are a HUGE part of what keeps Showtime moving and our customers taken care of every step of the way.

Hannah and Sophia are our Customer Service Reps — handling the details behind the scenes, from customer paperwork and rental coordination to insurance communication, repair updates, and everything in between.

Holly is our all-star Damage Estimator, mapping out the repair plan, identifying what’s needed to safely restore each vehicle according to manufacturer guidelines, and helping our customers understand exactly what goes into getting them safely back on the road.

And while our technicians are hard at work bringing those repair plans to life, these women are keeping the communication flowing, the process moving, and our customers informed 🙌🏼

We are incredibly grateful for the women on our team who SHOW UP, work hard, care about the details, and represent Showtime with professionalism and heart every single day.

We may have been a little quiet on social media lately, but behind the scenes, the work has never stopped.

Every single day has been filled with site renovations, building the right team, navigating permits, planning an unforgettable Grand Opening celebration, and working tirelessly to bring our first-ever vehicle giveaway to life for a deserving member of the community 👏🏼🥹🛠️🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

The work required to be elite is not always exciting or visible. More often, it is quiet, relentless, and tedious — but long days, hard work, and believing in a vision before everyone else can see it are nothing new to us 💯

Our team, along with every person helping bring this location to Big Bear, has believed in the vision from Day One. We could not be more proud of — or grateful for — everyone working beside us to make it happen.
