Before a 1992–2017 Dodge Viper oil pump core gets precision blueprinted, toleranced, and assembled at Boundary, it
goes through our 28 kHz industrial ultrasonic cavitation tank.

At 140°F, cavitation micro-bubbles reach deep inside blind holes and cross-drilled internal galleries where
conventional parts washers can’t touch—stripping 100% of baked carbon, metal swarf, and debris.

Nothing leaves our shop dirty.
