Recon Monkey is the first and original R&I training and staffing service for the auto body and hail repair industry. We provide upfront and ongoing training at no cost to our techs and we place them in high volume auto body and hail damage repair shops that we have partnered with.
We are currently seeking an exemplary and experienced Head Instructor of R&I Training to assist us in the development, implementation, and delivery of our training programs.
Job Description
As Head Instructor, your job will be to assist in the continuous development of our training programs, assist with recruitment of new techs, expand our training programs according to industry needs and expectations, conduct on-site training of all new and existing techs, gain feedback from our partner shops and implement new systems and processes according to that feedback.
Job Responsibilities
Learn and teach current Recon Monkey training program
Constantly improve training curriculum
Recruit new technicians
Meet with shops to gain feedback
Assist techs at shops as needed
Perform daily R&I tasks at shops as required
Attain meaningful partnerships with relevant entities including OEMs, body shops, software providers, etc.
Qualifications
3-5 years experience R&I tech
Hybrid Certification preferred but not required (initially)
Luxury, high line, and exotic R&I experience preferred
Must be able to communicate and effectively teach course
Valid Driver License and Reliable Transportation
Physical Requirements:
Regularly required to stand and walk. Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat and climb. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Manual dexterity, repetitive motion tasks.
URGENT NOTICE, DO NOT SKIP: This position will be in addition to your duties as an R&I tech unless otherwise agreed upon. Daily pay listed in this job post will be on top of your pay as an R&I tech.
