Oil pan replacement on this super clean E92 M3.
The oil feed line to the supercharger
was installed by another shop with the banjo bolt hanging below the undertray, leaving it exposed to be easily damaged or broken completely off, which is what happened here.
We replaced the oil pan, and used a low profile banjo bolt to gain ground clearance. We also modified the undertray slightly to protect the oil line from damage.

One of our favorite Z4 customers dropped off her car for an oil change recently. We found the stock plastic oil pan leaking excessively so we swapped in an aluminum oil pan and replaced the leaking oil filter housing gaskets as well.

Shifter Envy. We were never completely happy with the CAE style shifters that surfaced a while back, but didn’t have a lot of options until completely redesigned the idea and addressed all the shortcomings that plagued the ‘1st Gen’ style of these shifters. This new design is noticeably more solid, more precise and has the look and feel of something you’d find in any high end factory racecar. A CNC shift lever, cast aluminum base, sealed bearings in every pivot point and looks that kill make it a worthy upgrade. Looking forward to trying this out on the track this weekend! 🏁

We built up a fresh S52 for the race car last week with a factory new vanos modified by , Schrick cams, SuperTech valve springs, lots of upgrades, tune, S54 oil pump/pan and a euro oil cooler. Going for factory reliability with some quality upgrades for several 8hr events this season. 🏁
