Range Rover Velar cutoff in the middle of traffic. Towed in and tech found the drive belt was sheared, crankshaft pulley and drive belt tensioner had come apart. We replaced all parts and sent customer home with a smile and some money left in his wallet. 👍

New customer towed it in, stated it was jerking while driving. She was convinced it was a transmission. Nope. Transfer case was bone dry and binding. Out the door for a fraction of what she feared she’d be paying. 👍
