roof rail damage.
Customer has this car parked under a four post lift that didn't have the safeties latched.
Slowly over a few days unnoticeable to him the lift lowered enough to rest on the car to cause this damage. The car had full PPF which saved the paint from being damaged.
After completing the repair using glue pull, we dropped the car off with to have the PPF replaced.
The damage doesn't seem bad but being glue pull only and being damaged directly on the edge made this repair a challenge. The paint to sample

///M Monday
Here is one we did for one of our local shops that we do business with, picked up this car as a project multi purpose car to take to the track and also get some daily use out of. They started with what they specialize in and brought the mechanicals back up to a daily driver level car, then got it detailed which revealed all of the dents and dings it had gotten over the years.

That's when they called us so we could do what we do best. This car had all the normal damage these cars get and then some real head scratchers too. Overall we got every dent out and did it while preserving the originality of the car. No holes were drilled to access anything, only factory holes were used for access. Not all the dents we fixed were documented because some were too small to pickup in pictures. The overall repair time was a little more than a day.

I truly enjoyed being included in this project.

Here is some roof damage of unknown origin on a that is covered in and ceramic coated.
The customer has no idea how the damage happened or how long it had been there, it was only noticed because the truck can be seen from his office window that overlooked his parking area.
This was a referral from a company we do a lot with due to the fact that we are well versed in repairing vehicles that are coated/PPF.
The customer had been to other dent repair companies and had been told there was not a way to repair this damage without removing the PPF for the repair and even told perfect wasn't possible due to the aluminum roof panel by one company.

The list of things that make this a difficult repair:
•aluminum roof panel
•sunroof frame in the way(extensive R&I required)
•matte finish PPF (hard to see the damage)
•ceramic coating (risk of marring, requiring replacement of PPF to apply new ceramic coating)
•black in color (easier to see any damage that's not perfectly repaired)

The cost savings on this repair are a much higher number on this than the overall cost of the repair.
I've never been one to make excuses, I act on my knowledge and skill level to make the best effort to repair damage perfectly no matter if it's a door ding or a deer hit.

roof repair from the hood opening while driving.

Odd repair here, I was expecting much worse damage when I got the call for this repair. Somehow the hinges on the hood were strong enough that it bent in the middle and only slightly made contact with the front edge of the roof.
The inner structure on the roof was something serious, you could definitely survive a roll over crash in this vehicle. Although, The access wasn't horrible even though there are so many braces.

Got this one fixed up and ready fairly quickly. Considering I've work on the original (old) defender these are pretty close to the same in the way they go together, simple but effective, bolts and push in clips you can see instead of hidden clips and complicated assemblies like other modern cars.

Saved this from needing paint and bodywork.

This dent is one I've repaired countless times over the years on this model, seems like this is just where they get hit.
This car was new to the customer and they managed to manage it before they ever got their tag.
Obviously not wanting to have a new to them car with damage on it they wanted it repaired like it never happened but without the downtime and cost associated with a bodyshop repair.
We were able to complete this repair and replace the damaged trim piece in one day for a third of the cost.

•No paint
•No filler
•One day
•Like new

Quick repair on a for a customer. Had to tackle a hit and run dent from what looked like a side view mirror. The deep dent was a challenge due to the aluminum panel, especially with the customer waiting. I had to be precise to avoid any stretch marks, which can be irreversible.

I know most people are watching this weekend but we were off having a different kind of gathering on plush green fields.
The Vintage, a BMW classic only car show in this year was awesome! Great venue, great car showing, good music and better weather than we could've asked for.
Made it home safe, can't wait until next year.

A little bit of storm damage we repaired on a brand new 2500HD for a gentleman that had the bad luck of a tree falling on his truck. There were various other dents on the truck that were much smaller.
We have done a lot of repairs like this in the recent years due to the high winds and rain. We were able to work with his insurance company on this one and complete the repairs without him losing his factory finish, win win for all parties involved except for the tree of course.
