Overland Torque Tune has undergone rigorous testing on both the street and dyno, resulting in an unparalleled driving experience that sets them apart from competitors. When we launched our first calibration for the 3rd Gen Tacoma 3.5L, it set the standard and put OTT on the map. That was years ago — but the platform that started it all for us has never been forgotten.

Today, we’re proud to announce the release of the 9.2 update to our original “9.0” calibration. This is not just a revision. It’s the next evolution in how your Tacoma drives. OTT has a commitment to continuous improvement, and this update is yet another example of that.

We have a performance update for our 4th Gen Tacoma and 6th gen 4Runner tunes! What does this mean?

Automatic Transmission/ Gas Trucks:
-1/2 second improvement in 0-60
- More consistent low-gear performance under heavy load or spirited driving
- Consistent torque output from 1st-8th gear under all conditions
-Thoroughly tested across various conditions, including full boost launches in 4Lo, with no adverse impact to drivetrain integrity.
-Revised TCU tuning and torque mapping to work smoothly with the above improvements
-AGM Battery Support (with factory alternator)

Manual Transmission/ Gas Trucks:
-Increased Rev Limiter to match the automatic transmission calibration, and allow manual users to better access the full power band
-AGM Battery Support (with factory alternator)

We are in the testing and validation phase for the Stage 2 and Stage 3 calibrations to accommodate the evolving aftermarket part selection for these trucks as well.
