This Ford Excursion came into RCC Automotive needing a bottom-end reseal and a new lower oil pan.

Sounds like a straightforward repair, right? Not exactly!

Due to the limited clearance and accessibility underneath the vehicle, our technicians had to remove the entire engine to properly access the components, replace the damaged oil pan, and reseal the bottom end.

It’s a major job, but taking the time to do it correctly helps prevent future oil leaks and costly repairs!
