We sold our store to Genuine Parts Company effective February 1st. Everyone is still there but Mary, Bailey, and I. We are grateful to our customers that have taken care of us for so many years, and we are certain that the store will continue to be a part of the Shannon community for many years to come. Thank you!

It's Thanksgiving! We all know that this time is for giving thanks for all of the blessings that we have received. The blessings that we have received from God.
All have experienced what we call a "distance" from the spirit. It's a real human experience.
I think that we may get most of our blessings from other people, bring us closer to the spirit. There's a goodness within us that can only come from God. We share that goodness with other people.
We are very thankful for the people that share their time with us, spreading goodness.

We have finished moving from our previous location, and we can find most things that we have moved. That's been another step in this process, putting all of the parts in order so that we can walk directly to what we need. It's so wonderful to be able to do that most of the time again.

From July 17th until July 25th, we are having our customer appreciation event. We have some special deals in the store, including caps that can be had with a 25.00 purchase and a 1.00 donation to the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund, which supports military personnel suffering from Traumatic Brain Injury and PTS. We will double the donations ourselves, and provide a little more relief to the fund. NAPA believes in heroes, and we do as well.

We are still working to get things in place at our Todd Street store. Moving the accumulation of parts and equipment has been a task. That, in addition to the change in our main supplier has been nearly overwhelming. We certainly appreciate our customers continuing to find us.
The support from the community has been wonderful. We really appreciate your patience and understanding.
We hope to have a customer appreciation event within the next few weeks.

Certainly, We have postponed a grand opening. This has been much more involved than any of us ever dreamed. Moving and learning so many new things has been very challenging. We are beginning to see the floors slowly clear-
We will certainly post the new date for a grand opening with a customer appreciation week. Could be March...
