Family Story Time… ❤️

This is Galloway Spurgeon, Greg’s grandpa (pictured on the Firestone catalog below).

Galloway began his career managing a Firestone store before opening Spurgeon’s 66 in St. James. Chances are you’ve stopped in for gas, had your vehicle serviced, or used their towing services at some point over the years.

Today marks a special milestone as Uncle John (Galloway’s son) and Aunt Janet officially passed the torch to their son and daughter-in-law, John and Tina Spurgeon. It’s wonderful to see another family business continuing the legacy that Galloway started.

We’re so happy for John and Tina as they begin this exciting new chapter. If you’re in the area, stop by, congratulate them, and wish them the best!

Galloway would be incredibly proud. His work ethic, values, and passion for serving the community continue to inspire his children, grandchildren, and the family businesses that carry on his legacy.
