YES - we are still in business. Working through domain issues once again. But, I do think they are finally on the path to being resolved.

In the meantime - we have a decent amount of inventory available so I would like to do something new ... for any of the following products I will sell one of them to whomever posts the highest price without going over the retail price. If any number of people reply to their "bid" to where more than one posts the retail price then everyone will get 15% off that product.

One of my favorite products back in limited stock. One pair is already accounted for but our adjustable trailing arms are proven in all sorts of motorsport. Beefy as hell and built to out last your car.

After two years and 10,000 kilometers I pulled our suspension from the Sambar to do an inspection. As it turns out, the rear adjustable spring perches never sat flush on my vehicle and I've had no issues whatsoever. Upon closer inspection, I can see that I would not be able to machine something that would fit 100% snug anyway. So, with that, I feel confident the solution we have available today will do perfectly well.

Therefore, I will be contacting customers over the next several days to confirm they have adjustable perches and only need the springs - which I have plenty of in stock - or do they also need adjustable perches.

This is significant in that I am finally getting through the numerous challenges this product presented.

Here are some pictures I took - some aren't the best - but you can see some spring wear on the threaded part of the perch too.

For those concerned about how the pictures make it look like the base is off the bubble (rear control arm), the only way that is possible is if the rear shock is removed and the rear axle is disconnected. Once installed and the other two parts reassembled, the adjustable perch sits about 1/8 of an inch above the arm - firmly. If you look closely enough you can see the mark when it sits.

Some of the last pictures are of our custom spring without the perch - this results in a 1in drop in ride height and you can also see how the spring is not seated in the control arm until everything is reassembled.

A couple updates ...

Website
The DNS issues still persist. I've disconnected the primary domain so the subdomain can be used:

I am being told that once a new SSL certificate is installed it will be ready to be turned back to the primary domain. I'm waiting for that.

Adjustable Perch (Sambar only)
Received notification on Monday that my supplier is going out of business and can no longer work on that part. I've already started working on another supplier

Rear Spring Spacer (prototype)
The prototype is being cut this week and will work as an alternative to the adjustable perch for those who still need this to complete their install.

Stickers
Several designs are on order from our printer and we hope to see them in a week or less.

Oil Cool Kit (Sambar only)
The kits are available but without the mounting bracket - that design has been delayed due to my limited availability not matching up with a fabricator

FINALLY - Our website and e-mail issues seem to be resolved. What a DNS headache that was. I will do my best to get other issues caught up and communicated this week. I always appreciate everyone's patience. I am admittedly spread way to thin right now and I am trying to get that corrected.

ATTENTION:
Although we've resolved the website issue we are still experiencing e-mail server configuration issues. We are working on this.

In the meantime, we will be cutting a prototype spacer for the Sambar rear spring. This will be helpful in so many ways. The idea is to offer this in a variety of 1/2 inch incremented versions.

This would be the application use:
1in drop = no spacer, our custom spring
1/2in drop = 1/2in spacer, our custom spring
oem height = oem spring, or 1in spacer and our custom spring
1/2 lift = 1/2in spacer, oem spring
1in lift = 1in spacer, oem spring
1in+ lift = adjustable perch with new, wider base custom spring

We might test a thicker spacer, but material is still very hard to come by.

This will be a short term solution for existing customers but will be a permanent offering as a product variant for those who want a static ride height change.
