In December 2025, our company celebrated the 20th home donation in partnership with Family Promise of Bell County in Temple, Texas. The partnership with Family Promise began in 2019 with the goal of helping families achieve housing stability through an innovative homelessness prevention program called A Future Begins at Home. Through grants to Family Promise Affiliates across the country, A Future Begins at Home helps families facing housing insecurity stay in their homes through rental assistance, landlord mediation, transportation and childcare support, and other important resources. On November 13, Clayton donated its 19th modern manufactured home to Family Promise to be used as transitional housing to support families working to move to permanent housing. In 2019, Clayton and Family Promise established A Future Begins at Home, a program that addresses the underlying causes of family homelessness. Since its inception, this program has supported more than 39,000 families.
