The residential development partnership will bring carefully designed homes and townhomes to some of Northwest Arkansas’s most sought-after neighborhoods, with several new projects already planned for cool locations in Fayetteville.

The three developments include a 17-unit townhome community near the Fayetteville Square, two custom single-family homes in East Fayetteville expected this summer, and four urban detached homes on South School Ave currently in planning for late 2026 to early 2027.
