Following a couple of years of restoration work on this Jeep and sourcing all the original parts was a challenging endeavor; BUT this 1967 and a half CJ-5 is complete!! Shunned OffRoad is thankful for opportunity & grateful we were able to deliver this Christmas present just in time!

Well, all you jeep owners with 3.6L motors.....
It’s oil cooler season!! Thats right. It's below freezing here in the south🥶. So when you jump in your cooled jeep and it heats up real quick that plastic and metal oil cooler expands at different rates; it cracks the oil cooler and there is now a puddle of oil in your driveway. Give Shunned Off-Road Garage a call and we can get you taken care of. And yes I have to replace the oil cooler in my wife’s jeep....again.

Working on some custom sheet metal. This will be the stainless steel front frame cover between the grill and bumper on a 1968 CJ5. You can see the 2 spot where I am using a torch and wet cloth to heat shrink the metal to get the warp out from the bead rolling. Also working on planishing the small imperfections out. Hammer and dolly work it
