A regular customer, called and said they needed a vehicle picked up from the scene of an accident. We dispatched a truck in the area, cleared the scene, and delivered the vehicle safely.

Happy EMS 2026!

This week, we proudly celebrate our EMS professionals who answer the call every day to protect the lives and well-being of our community. The National EMS Week 2026 theme is “Improving Outcomes, Together.”

With that, this Friday we’ll have Open House at our Tarboro EMS Station, 501 Office Street Tarboro, NC from 10am-6pm. Come out and meet your local EMS team for a tour of the EMS station and learn about the equipment we use to take care of our citizens during medical emergencies.

🛑No one was harmed during this incident🛑

CRM responded to an assistance call to help a fellow tow company on a large, fully involved accident scene!

First Response Towing LLC received a call for a fully involved truck fire(yes this is a truck!) and requested our assistance to help recover and clean the scene to reopen this area. After many hours on scene First Response, and CRM were able to clear the area and traffic could resume as normal!

This truck was owned by a very lovely couple, who thankfully pulled off the highway for a break. As they were inside the building, the vehicle began to burn. We thank the Lord no one was hurt. We do ask you to pray for them as they did lose personal belongings.✝️

A local customer suffered a no start issue with their truck and needed it transported to a shop for repairs. CRM dispatched a rollback, and was on scene in no time! 💥
