A vehicle came into our shop with a drivability concern, and what we found highlights why proper repairs matter.

During our inspection, we discovered several incorrect bolts had been installed, and the high-pressure fuel pump was not properly secured. Unfortunately, the lack of proper mounting led to a broken fuel pump shaft.

It’s a reminder that using the correct parts and following proper installation procedures isn’t just about doing the job right—it’s about preventing costly failures down the road.

Really proud of this team right now.

We’ve had another strong week at Excluservice with new 5-star reviews coming in, happy clients picking up their cars, big repairs getting completed, and a lot of problems solved.

The front office has been doing a great job taking care of our clients and making every opportunity count. The technicians have been absolutely crushing it in the shop and continuing to deliver the level of quality we’re known for. 2023 Porsche Taycan 4S Cross Turismo in the shop this week ⚡🔥

What started as road debris damage to the active air intake turned into a deeper inspection once our team removed the front fascia. We uncovered damaged air shrouds and an active grille shutter assembly that required replacement, calibration, and initialization to restore proper operation.

While performing our inspection, we also found:
✔️ Rear tires worn down to the metal cords
✔️ Uneven front tire wear
✔️ Alignment concerns affecting tire life and drivability

Our team replaced all four Continental tires, performed a precision four-wheel alignment, and completed the necessary repairs to get this Taycan back on the road safely and performing the way Porsche intended.

Modern EVs like the Taycan require more than basic service — they demand the right equipment, training, and attention to detail.

This 2020 Tesla Model 3 came to us because the cabin heat stopped working — a major issue for any EV owner, especially for a rideshare driver who depends on comfort and reliability every day.

After performing our testing, our technician identified a failed PTC heater assembly, which is responsible for generating cabin heat in many electric vehicles. We replaced the faulty Tesla OEM dual-zone PTC heater and restored proper heating performance.

Sometimes experience saves you from replacing an entire part… just to fix one small issue.

This BMW’s AUX/USB port had fallen into the center console because the retaining tabs failed — something we see often on E90 chassis cars and similar BMW models. At the dealer or less experienced shops, this can easily turn into a much larger and more expensive repair involving console replacement.
