We have an opening for an honest, self-motivated Gas/Diesel Mobile Technician/Mechanic in the Richmond, VA area to join our team at Capital Fleet Services! As a mechanic on our team, you will be responsible for repair and maintenance of fleet vehicles from our specially designed trucks at the customer’s site. This position has strong potential for growing into a leadership position.
Requirements:
18 years of age or older.
High school diploma or GED.
Diesel Engine repair training or equal experience.
Willing to submit a pre-employment, criminal and driving background review.
Willing to submit a pre-employment drug screening.
Able to read, write and communicate (speak, hear and understand) English.
Able to work outdoors in extreme all weather conditions (hot, cold, rain, snow and sleet).
Work a 40 hour week, with flexible hours as needed.
Able to lift and carry up to 75lbs with or without assistance.
Possess a valid state issued driver's license.
Follow safety policies and procedures and wear personal protective equipment for the job.
