We're here to provide support, be it someone to talk to, help feeling secure, or assistance with getting supplies or food. Hey friends, I'm sure many of you have been hit with the shocking electric bill for January and February. It's almost 2 1/2 times higher than the same time last year! The fuel adjustment charge has increased from .0171 to .0572.

But there's some good news. The rate for March is now down to .0256 and hopefully, it will continue to go down as we head into spring.

I want to remind everyone that while we all use electricity to heat our homes, it's important to be smart about how we use it. Don't drop the temperature too low as it could risk damaging your home, and worse, your pipes freezing. Stay warm and stay safe, everyone!

The Board discussed the empty planters on the walkway, but at this time the gardening plans will have to be done in conjunction with the walkway repairs. Disappointing.

Seems the Park Lane Board and TCM Management are not really interested in beautifying the entrance to the property. It's been years of neglect. No wonder prices for units are falling.

The condition of this building has gone from best in class in Rockville Centre to slum like conditions in the past two years. Despite management and board promises, nothing gets done.
