Unless you live under a rock, you know that meat prices are at the peak of an historic tantrum….they are already starting to fall back down, and quite quickly….however, to keep from running out of our prized briskets, we’re going to offer our TEX MEX Plates starting today and Saturday, and into next week….then we’ll switch to FRIED CATFISH on Wednesday, and then to SMOKED SCHNITZEL by week's end….we’ll still have our full BBQ lineup every day, but will be slow-rolling it with fewer briskets each day until we get through this short-term hiccup…..Peace and God Bless.……;-)
PS – not dissing anyone that lives under a rock. That’s actually pretty cool if you can make it work….
