Here is a couple of our recent little projects!

1.Recently we have started a full tear down and rebuild on a 03 kx 125
2.created and installed a custom graphics kit on a 25 xcf350
3.full engine rebuild on a 2020 ktm 65 sx
4.created and installed a custom graphics kit on a 2021 ktm 85 sx as well as changing the neck bearings and races as they were toasted!

Another day of turning wrenches getting kids bikes ready for this weekends upcoming race…….

Diagnosing a mid range miss

Symptoms were as follows:
Mid range miss
Heavy smoke out of the exhaust
Heavy oil seep out of the exhaust
Fouling spark plugs

What I found:
Check compression-Compression 145 psi
Checked coolant-Coolant level 👌🏻
Changed plug-New plug
⭐️Trans fluid 8 ounces(should be 16.9)⭐️
Cleaned power valve and top end
Cleaned carb

All of this led me to believing that the crank shaft seals are leaking causing trans fluid to be sucked into the motor creating the oil seep as well as miss and trans fluid loss…..

Parts are on order and we will keep you all posted on the journey once the new parts arrive.

This bike came in with front brake failure. Under diag. We discovered that not only was the front right brake line bad but after putting pressure to all brake lines with forced bleeding we discovered several leaks. We decided to get this bike as road ready and safe as possible by doing a full brake replacement with all new lines as well as all new brake pads. While it was in we also gave it a fresh oil change and gave the bike a complete once over and made sure it is safe and road ready for this years adventures.

Season is kicking off now that the weather is warming up jobs are starting to come in. This was a radiator replacement on a 2019 Acadia after diagnosing that the plastic to aluminum seam failed… pretty labor intensive being that the entire front end has to come off. Second job in the picture is a full paint color change on a motorcycle. Customer wants something with a little more color🫣… if you are needing any services they are starting to stack up so do yourself a favor and let us schedule you for your custom touch!!

Garage is all cleaned up and ready to take on your project. Decided with the cold weather and the trails being closed it would be a good time to go thru all of our sleds fuel systems and replace any cracked hoses and clean up the carbs and reset all factory recommended settings for jetting and needle position as well as sync all carbs to keep these machines running tip top!!!
