HELP WANTED! Position: Compliance Admin. Looking for a computer-savvy individual to handle DOT compliance and permitting for all drivers. Duties include completing web applications for oversize permits, overseeing DOT random drug-testing pool, and maintaining USDOT driver files. Need not have any experience in these areas, but must be willing to do online and in-person training in order to acquire the necessary skills to handle the job. Minimum education required is a high school diploma. Basic knowledge of Excel and Word is required, and you must be able to handle varied tasks and problem-solve independently. No experience is necessary, we will train the right person. Pay is based on knowledge/experience, benefits include free health insurance for employee and paid sick/vacation/holidays.

⚠️ ⚠️Training, Training, Training ⚠️ ⚠️

In this business, you really never know what challenges you'll face on the busy roadways. You can never be too prepared. We take every opportunity to train that we can get.
These last few weeks have presented a lot of different opportunities for us, as we are training 2 new Heavy Wrecker Operators! Please help us welcome Clint Wright and Troy Greiner to the Benefiel Crew! They've put in a lot of training hours with our experienced operators and are almost ready to field some calls on their own.

Training doesn't stop there though, this week we were able to help out our Heavy Haul crew and give one of our wrecker operators a chance to run a rotator he normally doesn't get the chance to operate. We were able to unstack trailers for our heavy haul guys returning home after a multi-load crane move. All from the safety of our own yard, where we don't have an audience or traffic flying by, which makes for a safe and comfortable training environment to build the confidence of our operators.

The Benefiel Team is seeking a Heavy Haul/ Flatbed RGN CDL-A driver for immediate hire.
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
• Must be at least 25 years old.
• Experience with Heavy Haul/ Flatbed Trailers.
• Should not require training.
• Can load and unload on their own.
• Hungry and ready to work.
• Clean driving record.
Applicants must be capable of following all DOT regulations including random drug screenings and safety standards.
This position does require some overnights on the road!
Compensation will depend on experience. Benefits include- Sick time, vacation and provided uniforms including boots and paid health insurance for the employee.
Our trucks have been running like crazy helping to mobilize and demobilize job sites primarily in the midwest, however we have had multiple cross-country moves. This job is fast paced and team driven, with an amazing crew!

Now that the dust, or shall we say snow has settled. We want to give a HUGE thank you to all of our local law enforcement agencies for allowing us to get to work helping clear the roads and providing us lights to ensure the safety of all drivers who braved the road conditions. Our jobs would be much more difficult without you. We had a few close calls yesterday, so we do want to once again remind you when you see lights or a vehicle on the side of the road Move Over and Slow Down, It's the law.
