As a "car guy" and Amsoil dealer I get the same performance questions over & over."How can I make my car/truck quicker or faster"..of course those two things are diff.

Other than the usual stuff.I always encourage folks to upgrade the handling/braking of their cars for better car control.

On all my perf cars in the last 20 years,I've always use slotted rotors,high performance brake pads & stainless steel brake lines.

Not so much on the drag strip,but on the circle/oval tracks and especially the road courses,I'll give you 10-15 more HP than me and I'll beat you every time if I can handle better and out brake you in the corners.

Current Nascar licensed driver( lower series) and fmr ARCA,USAC & SCCA driver.Yep.I've driven a few.

A little Fri Humor….
It’s been busy on the Baker farm this week.
On Mon,My yard guy came.Always takes his time and is very meticulous.
On Thurs,the house cleaner came.A real “PAB” job.( Passible At Best)
Today,my car guy came to do some maint.Again, always takes his time and is very meticulous.
For most men……2 out of 3 ain’t bad! Haha

Tip:If you have a car with a front lip/splitter or it’s lowered…..get some Race Ramps.Expensive but worth it! (These are RR-56)
