This customers insurance company told them that a dealer down the road would fix it cheaper and refused to pay the full cost for proper repairs. They knew that that meant cut corners and knock off parts so they trusted RCC and paid the difference to have it repaired correctly. They will now be looking for a different insurance company.

When someone tells you aftermarket is the same quality as the Original Equipment Manufacturer they are lying. It may look “good” when it is first installed but it will not withstand the test of time.

The insurance company told the customer that they wouldn’t pay for the proper repairs to their vehicle. The customer said “I would like to invoke the right to appraisal clause in my policy”. The insurance company then decided they would pay for the proper repairs! They are never going to offer you proper reimbursement unless you stand up for yourself. We will help you through that process.
