Shoutout to our friend and customer, Chris, for sharing a few incredible photos from a recent road trip. 🚙⛰️ Chris and his wife took their 2024 Outback Touring on an adventure through the Smoky Mountains, spotting wildlife in Cades Cove, exploring the rugged Parsons Branch Road, and even driving on the legendary Tail of the Dragon! The Tail of the Dragon (US-129) is a marvel with 318 turns through the mountain pass on 11 miles of road! The journey wrapped up with breathtaking views along the Foothills Parkway heading back to Gatlinburg. Thank you Chris for sharing your adventure with us and for being part of the Van Bortel Subaru family! 💙

Volunteers of America recently recognized Van Bortel Subaru at our 6th Annual Gala with VOA's Community Impact Award.

The award is given to a corporate partner of VOA who drives change and positive impact for our community, and this year marked the third consecutive year Van Bortel Auto Group has helped deliver brand-new winter coats to children at the VOA Children's Center and families staying in the VOA emergency family shelters through their Subaru Loves to Help program in partnership with Operation Warm.

✅Our Subaru Green Team in Victor celebrated Earth Day and Arbor Day with the Victor Village Tree Board and others in the community by donating and planting trees at the Village of Victor Municipal Park! 🌳

✅We partnered with Subaru of America, Inc. and the Arbor Day Foundation again this year to distribute trees in our community as part of the largest corporate tree distribution in the history of the Arbor Day Foundation. Thank you to all of our customers who were able to reserve a tree and take part in helping to grow a greener, healthier community! 🌳

Griffey joined the team in 2019 with extensive experience in dog-training competitions, his ability to smile on cue, and an unwavering love for the journey. He quickly became a fan favorite after making his commercial debut as our beloved four-legged adventurer. Griffey is renowned for his critically-acclaimed performances as the dog who kicks field goals, the shopper who experiences love at first sight with an all-new Forester, and the loyal Subaru owner who visits Van Bortel Subaru for Genuine Subaru Service. 🏈🚙🔧🤩 He is highly regarded in the industry for his ability to perform his own stunts, professionalism on set (and his love of treats between takes), and of course, his puppy-dog eyes.
