We are seeking a Light Service Operator for full time and part time position.

Job entails:
*Tire changes
*Jumpstarts
*Battery installs /testing
*Lock-out
*Fuel delivery
*Report any issues or incidents to manager/dispatch
*Inspect truck before and after trips

*Must have Good Attitude
*Must have clean driving record
*Must be able to pass a back ground check
*Ability to handle physical workload
*Strong work ethic
*Ability to understand the job details (not a 9-5 job)
*Must be flexible with changing of the seasons to cover shifts including holidays and weekends
*Must be able to work independently
*Responds to roadside issues and provide mechanical assistance to member if needed
*Member satisfaction is a must and will have a survey from member once job is completed
*Maintain a mutual trust, respect and cooperation with others
*Ability to operate relevant software for job
*Ability to work in high volumes and challenging situations.
*Must be able to act safely while working

To anyone trying to reach AAA they have recently updated a new system we do apologize for the longer wait times as this was not something we have any control over please be patient with us while we navigate through this. The ETA times and hold times may be longer thrn ususal due to this new system. We are hoping this does not last to long. We are doing everything in our power to handle this the best we can at this time. Please be understanding with the drivers as this is not there fault or the company. If you are have any questions please contact AAA and just understand its a wait. Thank you again for being patient ans understanding. If we can do anything to make the experience better just know we are trying our best.

The unfortunate truth of owning and running a business.

Running a business is really hard.

What they don’t tell you is that it can cause severe stress and anxiety, and drains you mentally to the point of depression in even the most laid-back people.

People will talk about you, compare you to others, use you, they will view you as a service and not a person anymore.

Friends and family will expect discounts and people will value you and your hard work less than a big chain store.

You have to worry about if you forget to email/message someone back, are they going to think it was on purpose? Did you disappoint them? Will they hold that against you? When in reality you just can’t get to everyone’s messages and emails.

Starting up and running a successful business puts incredible strain on personal lives and relationships, many of which fail because there is just often no work-life balance.

You need to be the director, the worker, the admin, the marketing team, the accountant, the cleaner..... All whilst being a parent, a husband or a wife, family support, friend...

There’s a reason you don’t see many people succeed in small businesses after 5-10 years. If they are successful they are overwhelmed.

It takes a toll. It’s freaking exhausting. Especially the past couple of years when so much has been out of our control.

Here’s a small reminder that we are just normal people with hectic lives.

Be kind, be patient, support small businesses…….and hopefully more of us will stick around!

And know that 2021 prices are not 2024 prices
