Riverside Auto is looking for 1–2 highly skilled Automotive Technicians to join our team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

⚙️Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicles (all makes & models)

⚙️Handling everything from general repairs to transmissions and internal engine work

⚙️Performing accurate diagnostics—not just throwing parts at problems

⚙️Completing repairs with precision and attention to detail

What We’re Looking For:

🔩Strong diagnostic skills (this is a must)
Experience with engines, transmissions and complex repairs

🔩Attention to detail—you take pride in doing the job right, not rushing through it

When the A/C leak is not in one of the more accessible areas and you have to remove the entire dash to repair 🫣

On this customer’s vehicle, we confirmed a large refrigerant leak coming from their evaporator core. Like most vehicles, these are buried in the HVAC case behind the dashboard and take quite some time. We got the new one installed and put Humpty Dumpty back together again like it never happened.

This customer came in for a transmission shifting issue on their 2017 Hyundai Tucson. Customer thought they purchased a vehicle with a regular automatic transmission. However, this vehicle is equipped with a Dual Clutch Transmission which essentially is a manual transmission with components that control it automatically. Unfortunately, these types of transmissions aren’t that uncommon and are used across many makes and models.

Generally the clutch assembly of this style transmission lasts around 100,000 miles, and average cost of replacement can be around $2500. On a positive note, we were able replace the clutch for this customer without the need to replace the entire transmission which would have cost much more.
