We were called out for this 315 cat in derate being able to quickly read parameters on the machine is vital for you and the customer. Please make sure the people you are hiring to do repairs on your equipment are properly outfitted with the right materials for the job. This saves you money tremendously. We quickly found a def injector code removed the injector from the machine and performed an ohm test to confirm the injector is in fact faulty and that there were no issues with the wiring harness. Call out to this 329 for fueling issue. Scanned for codes and performed pin test of circuits for fueling lift pump and diagnosed ecm is faulty causing fueling lift pump relay to not close which is commanded by the ecm.
You are paying for my experience not my time. Please people know what you are paying for when hiring a mechanic !

60 days past due we file mechanic leins on the vehicle . On top of the balance due we charge a 5% late fee and 45$ a day after the first 5 days of invoicing. Don’t let your vehicle become mine… thank you for understanding.

I’m frustrated at the fact I have to explain myself to people that I will not work on another vehicle when I am owed money currently for the last vehicle I worked on for you. Please understand it is our policy no vehicle leaves until invoice is paid in full.(we have expenses just like you). Also keep in mind our storage fee policy this is regardless if the invoice is paid or not.

If this post hurts your feelings please think twice about how I feel having to chase down money, WE ARE NOT A BANK!
