From starting as a production team member at Windsor Assembly to leading one of the plant's most advanced operations, Adam's career is a testament to hard work, continuous learning and a passion for manufacturing excellence.

Today, Adam leads a team of more than 500 employees and helped guide one of the most significant launches in the plant's history, bringing the two- and four-door Dodge Charger to life while driving major improvements in performance and productivity.

For 30 years, the Automotive Research and Development Centre (ARDC) in Windsor has helped push automotive innovation forward through collaboration and cutting-edge engineering.

What started as a partnership between Stellantis Canada and the University of Windsor has grown into a key part of our North American engineering network, helping shape nearly every vehicle in our portfolio and supporting more than 800 engineering student placements.

Yesterday, we celebrated that legacy while looking ahead with the new Stellantis North America Battery Technology Centre, our hub for EV battery testing and development in North America.

Thank you to the employees, students, researchers and partners who have made the last 30 years possible. Here's to what's next.
