🚨 SNOW EMERGENCY ROUTE TOWING NOTICE 🚨

Due to the recent Snow Emergency, Arndt’s Towing & Recovery towed a high volume of vehicles from designated Snow Emergency Routes to ensure roads remained clear for plows and emergency responders.

👉 Important Information for Vehicle Owners:
• Because of the large number of vehicles towed, our team is actively working to enter every vehicle into our system
• We are also simultaneously clearing snow at our storage facilities to ensure safe access and vehicle retrieval
• This process takes time — we appreciate your patience and cooperation

📞 Before calling: Please allow our team time to complete intake and snow removal operations. As soon as your vehicle is entered, we’ll be able to assist you.

We understand this situation can be stressful and appreciate everyone’s understanding as we work through these conditions safely and efficiently.

Shortly before 3:00pm on 11/13/2024 Arndt's Towing & Recovery was requested for a vehicle fire with fluids and debris down in South Heidelberg Twp.

Keystone Emergency Spill Response handled the cleanup of spilled fluids and fire debris that was stuck to the roadway.

Today we added 2 G3 800 Watt and a 60 watt SeeDevil ballon lights to traffic 2 which is capable of powering both light without any additional generators or power banks.

These lights will help light up the night and keep our scenes safe during the night hours!

FRITZTOWN RD @ BRAN RD in Spring Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania for a garbage truck accident V&M Towing is on scene removing the garbage truck.

Roadway should be reopened within 30 minutes

Another beautiful night to train with Robesonia Fire Department, Sta 26. These men and women took advantage of the beautiful weather to train using their new rescue tools! The night started with basic stabilization and ended with basic extraction using recently purchased rescue equipment.

At Arndt's Towing & Recovery we strongly believe in community service and community aid. When we work together as a community for the community more will be accomplished.

Congratulations to Robesonia Fire Department, Sta 26 for the purchase of their new rescue tools! I am glad we can be a part of the training experience for the crew!

Have you ever wondered where your donation to the Robesonia Fire Company went to?
With our yearly fund drive wrapping up, your gracious donations have assisted our department with the purchase of a new used set of HURST Jaws of Life Recuse tools. This battery powered cutter and spreader combo will be placed in service on Engine 26 for our increasing motor vehicle accident calls where rescue tools are needed. Our members will be spending a lot of time at Arndt's Towing & Recovery practicing and becoming proficient to be ready to help our community in any way possible. A big thanks to Muhlenberg Township Fire & Rescue 66 for working with us to purchase these tools from them. Again we can’t say thanks enough to our community for their continued donations and support!

Yesterday shortly after 6:40pm Arndt's Towing & Recovery received a call for a vehicle into a house. Our crews responded with two rollbacks and once on scene we met with Western Berks Fire Department to discuss plan to remove the vehicle carefully due to a strong odor of gasoline and a active fuel leak in the engine compartment. At this point Keystone Emergency Spill Response notified and was on standby near by. Once we established a plan both rollbacks were utilized in the removal of the vehicle. Once the vehicle was removed Loder Construction LLC. handled securing and boarding up the home.

Great work by all involved!

We are here in San Diego California at ATSSA-American Traffic Safety Services Association Expo checking out new technology and attending seminars regarding traffic safety and Traffic Incident Management. We take pride in providing the safest scenes for our team, customers and first responders in Berks County & Beyond. Our traffic control division holds the highest levels of traffic control and flagger training in the industry. We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality of service in the industry.

We are attending a few seminars tomorrow and will meet with a few industry leaders before packing up to head back east Tuesday morning.

I’d like to thank Royal Truck & Equipment for better equipping us for the traffic industry!
