The Cadillac V-One Concept is a WILD test to see if Cadillac fanatics want to take their very own GTP Hypercar home.
For the low price of $5M, you get the same 5.5L V8 Hybrid powertrain with electric motors, uncorked from the BoP limits of IMSA Racing which means you get 830HP, a real Cadillac badge, and a paint scheme that goes from ā€œday to nightā€ to match the cars which race into the night.
Bonus points, the bolts gradually get more burnt towards the back end of the car. šŸ™‚ā€ā†•ļø

Another great weekend at Road America instructing with BMW CCA šŸ«¶
This marked my 28th day of being on that track over the last 7 years and to now be able to instruct new drivers is WAY more fun than I thought!! (Jack, youā€™re a rockstar!)

I also snuck Bekahā€™s M4 on track to set a new personal best, practiced consistency with some new driving tricks, and came to the honest reality that Austin Yellow M4ā€™s on a fall track day at Road America may be the next combo since Martiniā€™s and Coffee. šŸø

Next up, testing out a weird new car called a ā€œRushā€ šŸ‘€

Explaining the Wynn Concourse (You need to see this)ā€Øā€ØTaking place before SEMA, this event brings together a group of cars & folks that capture heritage and craftsmanship unlike anything else. But what I love about it is the approachability.Ā 

Everyone is incredible. Everything has a story. And the cars span from icons like Bugatti to racing heroes from Nissan. Just last year had 600 vehicles, $1.1B in valued cars, and 7,000 collectors all in the backyard of the Wynn.Ā

Safety Car Saturday at Petit Le Mans With Cadillac šŸ†
All jokes aside, Iā€™ve never seen a race like this. From the fans erupting over the battles and the weather not choosing a mood, there was simply no better way to enjoy what mightā€™ve been one of the best races of the IMSA Season. All thanks to Cadillac.

I spent time with their team learning about the new V-One Concept that has MORE power than their GTP and drove the Escalade IQ that has an ā€œArrival Modeā€ which I used in my drive thru line which blew everyoneā€™s mind (itā€™s wild, go check it out) šŸ˜…
But my favorite part was being a part of Cadillac Racing history as they achieved a full sweep of wins in the Driver, Team, and Manufacturer championship.
The level of pride and authentic enthusiasm around this brand in and out of the paddock was insane, and Iā€™m so thankful they allowed me to share that story.

I was able to get under it and the subframe LOOKS fine, but the rear tub is in worse shape than I thought so we might have to call on you guys to help me find a fix for this that isnā€™t the price of the car šŸ˜…
I talked about this in the full video, but the part that is most important is that the driver was ok, and cars are just cars. But I canā€™t help but be disappointed since we donā€™t know what weā€™re going to do.
BUT the exhaust kinda looks like a tractor now, so thereā€™s that!
