📢 Important Community Reminders
🚗 1. Speed Limit is 15 MPH
Please be mindful and considerate when driving through the community! We have many residents and guests enjoying the nice weather by walking, biking, and spending time outdoors. Strictly obey the 15 mph speed limit to keep everyone safe.

📦 2. Mail & Package Delivery Update
Mail is currently arriving later in the day, usually around 4:00 PM. When you receive a delivery notification, please give our team sufficient time to sort the incoming mail and packages before coming to pick them up.

🛠️ 3. Property Improvements & Approvals
All external property additions and improvements must be approved by corporate management before any work begins.

Required Submissions: Any new AC units, patios, decks, gazebos, carports, or similar structures must be submitted to the office on a detailed site plan.

Approval Process: Corporate will review your site plan and grant or deny approval.

Important Note: Do not begin construction prior to receiving written approval. Unapproved structures installed in recent weeks will need to be taken down and removed at the owner's expense.

Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our community safe, beautiful, and running smoothly!
