Last week of march this CRX was ripped apart and started with Theron Whitaker. We took the dirt track cage out and started from scratch. We installed a 10 point cage to NHRA standards and by the 5th of April we had the cage certified by Donny Andrade.
We went on to install a SMR built long block, FuelTech USA FT550 and get it all set up for 1/4 mile racing! Everything was done in house beside the dyno tune!
Car was wired, built and most parts fabricated in house.
Within 30 Days we had this car Tuned making almost 600 WHP running 11.6’s @ 130 lifting in between shifts on a bone stock synchro transmission at Pfi's Speed Fest.
This was out FIRST outing ever on this car!
We made about 10 passes with nothing but progression and drove the car onto the trailer only failure we endured was the driver side lexan couldn’t hold on!
Super proud and grateful of our team and the people involved! Only up from here🙏
