I was at Capper Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, Inc. in Washington IA, waiting on keys to a vehicle I was there to do a pre purchase inspection on. This nice older man comes in and says his truck was having a “issue”. Every time he would get into his truck lately, that the heated seats and wheel would come on. Just started when it turned cold. They explained that newer vehicles turn these on automatically, and proceeded to go out and figure out if they could program it off so he didn’t have to keep turning it off. I don’t know how it ended but it was awesome to see such great service.
