He called us desperate. Daily driver down. Kids to get to school. Work the next morning. He needed his car back by tomorrow.

When we test GDI fuel injectors we MUST test at the correct pressure.
Not 43.5 PSI, that is port Injector pressure, these are GDI, totally different!

In this case, for the video, we started at 180 BAR. (That is 2610 PSI)
That is sixty times the pressure of a standard port injector test!

Testing a GDI injector at 43.5 PSI does not give you a low quality result. It gives you a meaningless one!
Is that serious, and that is why we talk about serious matters all the time, we keep seeing the same over and over!

At Injector Experts every GDI injector gets six individual tests at the correct pressure, new components, individual report, individual sealed bag.

Three big events are next up for the Ohio Valley SCDRA as the 2026 season continues to build momentum.

Saturday, May 23rd, the Ohio Valley SCDRA joins a stacked lineup at Florence Speedway, one of America’s premier dirt tracks, for the 7th Annual Compact Classic presented by Freeman Landscaping & Exterior Construction, LLC.

Saturday, May 30th, the series heads to Richmond Raceway KY for a special $1,000 to win, $100 to start event with FREE general admission for all fans. Also racing that night will be Pro Late Models, Modifieds, and Crown Vics.

Friday, June 5th, we return to one of the most popular stops on the tour, Jackson County Speedway, for an action-packed night of racing on the bullring.

Before and after time again!

2007 GMC Yukon 5.3L injectors completely rebuilt at Injector Experts.

They came in pretty bad shape, O-rings worn out, Filters done.
Performance matched exactly what you could see.

Before and after Yamaha outboard fuel injectors completely rebuilt at Injector Experts.
The filters were unusable. The O-rings were total junk. External cleaning is the least important part what matters is what goes back in.

New filters. New O-rings. Full flow testing before and after. Every injector confirmed. They work amazingly now and are ready for a full season on the water.
