Not long we talked about this, but this is another angle.....

Only one injector is giving me trouble. Why test the others?
Because you already have them out!

And because knowing one injector has a problem doesn't tell you what the rest of the set is doing.
Testing the complete set lets us compare them and look at flow balance between injectors.

Maybe seven are great and one isn't.
Maybe that troublesome injector isn't the only surprise waiting for you.

Don't just find the obvious problem. Know the condition of the set.

Another question we get a lot is : “How many miles before I should have my injectors cleaned?”

But here's the problem...mileage doesn't tell us how your injectors are performing.

Two cars with the same mileage can have injectors in completely different condition.
Fuel quality, contamination, deposits, driving conditions and age can all play a role.

So instead of asking:

“Do they have enough miles to need cleaning?”
Ask: “How are they actually performing?”

That's something we can measure, and there you'll get a REAL ANSWER.

A customer sent us these motorcycle injectors because the bike simply wasn't running correctly.
So instead of guessing, we did what we always do:
Clean them. Flow them. Measure them. Compare the data.

And there was the problem.
One injector measured approximately 14 lb/hr.

The brand-new replacement?
11 lb/hr.

They were trying to make two very different injectors work together and expecting the tuner to sort it out.
That's a pretty difficult relationship to counsel.

This is exactly why we talk about REAL INJECTOR DATA so much.
Your tuner needs to know what the injectors in YOUR engine are actually doing not what somebody said they should do.

If you're chasing a phantom fueling or tuning problem, the answer might already be sitting in your fuel rail!!!

You don't need to be an engineer to appreciate proof.

Think Your Fuel Injectors Are Bad?
Before you start buying replacements, remember one simple rule:

Don't replace what you haven't tested.
An injector that's causing trouble isn't necessarily an injector that needs to be thrown away.

Many injectors can be professionally tested, cleaned, and serviced to restore proper performance.
At Injector Experts, we find out what your injectors are actually doing before you spend money replacing parts that may still be perfectly usable.

And if an injector really is bad? The test will tell us that too!

So test first. Replace only when necessary.

But why replace something before you know it's bad?
Many injectors can be professionally cleaned, serviced, tested, and returned to proper operation.

Others really do need replacement.The test tells us which is which.

Throwing new parts at a problem is easy. Finding out what you actually need is smarter.
Test first. Replace when necessary.

Not necessarily. An injector doesn't have to completely fail to have a flow, balance, or spray pattern problem.

And your dashboard isn't an injector test bench.
That's why we test each injector individually and see what it's actually doing.

No warning light doesn't automatically mean no problem.
