Project complete! This fully custom build was Hand formed and fabricated from 14GA square tube steel and 29Ga flat steel sandwiched with 1” foam sheets to make a 4 season friendly ultra light slide in camper! we weighed in at 920lb fully loaded with water and gear! It is a designed to fit 6.5ft truck beds with tailgate down or 8ft beds with gate closed! This unit is fully equipped and ready for full time off grid camping/boondocking! It is equipped with an Off grid heating system in the form of a mini wood burning stove That was custom fabricated in house. An Air conditioning unit out the back 600 watts of solar. A Bluetti AC200 Power station. An Indoor shower/toilet wet bath combo. 30 gallons of onboard fresh water with shore hook up capability! An outdoor shower, 7 ft under bunk slide out storage tray, 15 gallon black and gray tanks with dump valves and sewer hose storage. A full twin sized folding bunk beds. 2 large interior closets & a Double basin sink! This project was nothing short of hard work and meticulous planning and Engineering! Everything is made to perfectly fit in the space all while maintaining a non claustrophobic atmosphere we will be posting more photos soon!

We are considering rolling out a new design for production we do a lot of fabrication on trailers and campers in shop. We have successfully built a slide in truck bed camper frame and are currently outfitting the interior with all the creature comforts including solar hookup portable power station and more! we will be posting more photos to come but I would like to announce that we are able to sell these as complete welded frames with or without siding, in pieces as a kit, or completely finished outfitted to your desire! The model above is the 8.8 Model and designed to fit 6.5 ft truck beds with the tailgate down or 8 ft truck beds. We can also design a model to fit smaller rigs with 5.5ft truck bed. We build the frames from 14 Ga steel square tubing. The outcome is not only an extremely light weight but also an extremely durable unit.
