A lot of racers are starting to work on their plans for the '27 season, so we'd like to point out a few things that make the "Charger Chassis Difference".
When shopping for a new chassis, be sure you're comparing apples to apples. Our Hobby chassis starts at $3995, with a customer-supplied bare sandblasted frame. If you don't have a frame, we can normally supply an OEM frame for $1100, blasted and ready to go on the jig. $3995 includes the flat floor and firewall, motor mounts, transmission mount, seat and seat belt mounts, cell mount, battery box, ground studs in 3 locations, radiator mounts, adjustable brake and gas pedal mounts, and the lower steering shaft. Also included in our chassis price is (basic) mounting of your body (OEM or aftermarket). Just think of your time savings right there! ๐
We also continually add more safety features. Check out some pics of our cars that have the added driver cocoon since our '25 model. We're still the only builder we know of that has the expanded metal panel over the driver's head, and one of the few that use a vertical bar in the middle of the windshield.
Now this part might not be a great business plan, but if you need parts, we have all the part numbers for anything you might need, so you can get them faster and cheaper from your local parts supplier. It's been part of our business model since the beginning to keep racers racing for less. Every phone call to the Charger World Headquarters isn't going to end up with your Platinum card being used.
Have a question about your car after the purchase, or need tech help? Jamie is just a text or phone call away. If it's not urgent, we also have a dedicated FB group just for Charger owners, where our drivers can ask for tips, share info, or just give each other a hard time. ๐
And when you have a question, remember that we only build fendered cars. So when you have a question about your Hobby, Stock Car, Pure Stock, or whatever, you have our undivided attention.
But are they fast? So far this season, we've had 35 DIFFERENT drivers earn feature wins, 95 wins across all Charger drivers, AND we're creeping up on our 1500th total win! That's a pretty good number considering that we're still one of the "small" chassis builders.
We always try to stay transparent about everything. Since day one, we've had a full price list on the website at www.chargerchassis.com
So when it's time for a new Hobby, Pure Stock, or Stock Car, we hope you take a look at Charger Chassis. We think you'll like what you see.
