I'll try this again. I built this for a VW restoration shop and the client was fired so this build was not needed. It's an outstanding IRS build and not cheap because of the Quaife Limited Slip Differential.
Here’s what was done to the transmission:
Disassembled case and cleaned, new 1st/2nd and 3rd/4th gear synchronizers, new HD late reverse gear, new 1st/2nd and 3rd/4th gear operating sleeves, new 1st/2nd and 3rd/4th 5mm steel shift forks, bushed gear carrier, new hand packed 1st gear needle bearing, new 2nd/3rd/4th gear steel caged needle bearings, new German inner/outer main shaft bearings, inner/outer pinion bearings, new HD 3rd/4th gear spacer sleeve, new hardened keys, welded new 3rd/4th late synchronizer cones, new T1 input shaft, new HD clutch cross shaft, new bronze impregnated cross shaft bushing, new VW clutch shaft return spring, new SKF differential bearings, new guide sleeve late T/O bearing, new final drive seals/dust caps, new starter bushing, new VDO reverse light switch, new VW OEM drain and fill plugs, new assorted gaskets/O-rings, paint and labor, new ERCO splined 3.88 R/P, new VW OEM 3.80 1st gear, new VW OEM 2.06 2nd gear, new Quaife HLSD differential, new HD billet side cover, new chromoly T1 to T2/T4 final drive flanges, new bus nose cone and hockey stick (can be swapped for other nose cone)
