It's no secret about the high gas prices, luckily we have a few things we can help you with, and things you can do yourself to ease the pain at the pump.

1- Keep your tires properly inflated. Low tires can cause extra resistance and cause fuel mileage to go down.

2- Tune ups can give you up to 5mpg better. Worn spark plugs, spark plug wires, and a plugged fuel filter can cause the vehicle to run less efficiently and use more fuel to get you down the road.

3- Get rid of the "junk in the trunk" extra weight in your vehicle will use more fuel and reduce your mileage.

4- Drive the speed limit. Although hard to do for some people, ease your foot off the gas and watch your fuel mileage go up.

5- Your not a drag racer, no need to hold the pedal to the metal when the light turns green.

This is the result of someone improperly hooking up a tow rope, costing the customer a good chunk of money. Please if you get stuck in all this lovely new snow we're getting, make sure that the person helping you knows where to safely hook to the vehicle so no damage is done. If you're not sure you can always call a towing or recovery company. Drive safely everyone!
