Well Ford fans, we wrapped up the 2025 pulling season with a 2nd place finish in Badger Trucks.

It definitely wasn’t easy—a lot of late nights, head-scratching, and trying new ideas before things finally clicked. Those changes are what sealed this 2nd place finish in a very tough Cummins-dominated class.

Proud of how the season came together and already looking ahead to what’s next.

This is the WORST one YET !!

🚨 This 6R140 has had a rough ride behind a heavy haul site truck….but there’s good news — we’ve got the skill set and know-how to bring it back to life and give it a long future ahead. 💪

The truth is, the 6R140 is a solid transmission — but like any system, wear adds up. Over time, small things like the breakdown of the fluid’s anti-foam agents and the addition of mositure can start diluting the fluid causing big problems. Also long service intervals cause small abrasives to be in circulation accelerating wear in crucial wear items such as spool valves and regulators and solenoids 🧪⚠️

Before it becomes a catastrophic failure like this one, pay attention to the early signs — odd shifting, slipping, delayed engagement, etc. If something feels off, don’t wait.
